Pasta production of the renown Austrian
Brand "Recheis" - to be precise the production of specially stuffed pasta like
- and mainly the local speciality Tyrolian "Schlutzkrapfen" - need
conveyor belts of stainless steel to transport the fresh pasta from one step to the other
during the production process.
To prevent sticking on the transport belts a special "White
Oil" commissioned for food production is sprayed in a microscopic layer onto the belts.
This guarantees that the Ravioli separate easily from
Oils are usually not fit to be atomized with a fogging system as they have a too high viscosity. In single-medium nozzles oils tend to resinify and clog the nozzle opening. Plantfog has developed during the last 10 years a method to vaporize oils up to a viscosity of 20 cStock, which is used with much success by the mentioned manufacturer of pasta.
Following a development order from this company we succeeded with a totally new technology to vaporize even substantially more viscous oils - e.g. rapeseed, sunflower or olive oil to the desired extent of not more than 1.5 kg/hr.
To apply the oil spray from the best possible position we have created a mobile spraying unit with a flexible applicator arm with the nozzle head.
